In its "Low Power" category, the G3015C represents the company's entry-level solution for industrial metal cutting, available with a working area of 3000x1500mm. The lower bottom line means no compromise on speed or quality. The G Series is built around the heart of the machine with top quality imported core components such as Wittenstein Alpha rack and pinion, Precitec laser head components, Panasonic servo motors, IPG laser source and Omron, Rexroth and Schneider electronic and pneumatic components. The stress relieved, 20 year guaranteed chassis and quality components allow speeds of up to 80m/min, 1G acceleration and 0.05mm return accuracy. No body or head shake at high speeds and when cutting small objects! Our G3015C laser cutting machine comes without a casing, therefore the power of the optional laser source is maxed out at 1.5kW and requires stricter working conditions.
Precision can only be achieved from the right foundations. HSG machine frames are heat treated to 600°C and cooled for 24 hours after machining on a 12-metre CNC milling machine to ensure a minimum 20-year deformation-free life. The table comes with heavy-duty but precisely adjustable feet. Available in two sizes: 3000x1500mm or 1500x1300mm.
The most important main parts come from market-leading German and Japanese suppliers. The main components for the linear drive come from WITTENSTEIN in Germany, while the servo motors are supplied by PANASONIC. The laser head is also German, incorporating PRECITEC technology. The X axis beam is 20mm thick-walled cast aluminium, designed for over 2G acceleration. The self-lubricating, sealed mechanics, quality main parts, Rexroth/Omron components all guarantee long term stable operation.
The HSG machines come with CypCut cutting software (included in the price). Industrial use, but still user-friendly and easy to operate. The open source, Windows-based software allows easy installation and operation. No need for expensive software options or upgrades. The most popular vector file formats can be imported (e.g. DXF, AI). CypCut offers a wide range of options: editing, breaking, grouping of curves, professional Nesting (board layout) function, micro perforation and soldering, laser beam on/off points, etc. The software allows you to select the technology setting that suits the material, but also to create new material settings.
Type G3015C is available with open flatbed design up to 1.5kW. Our machine in this format also complies with MSZ EU 608256-1 for laser products, with the appropriate health and safety requirements. If required, the laser cutter can also be ordered with a full protection cover option. With this option, the machine is equipped with a fully enclosed cover with opening safety doors for manual loading and unloading of the plate.
