The independent electrical cabinet design stabilises the operation of the equipment. The fully enclosed design ensures maximum protection. Fast, accurate, high performance laser machine with hydraulic pallet changing system. Cold drawn, extruded aluminium beams weigh 50% less than conventional welding iron stands. Thanks to the sectioned fume extraction system, there is excellent ventilation under the cutting head and an almost completely smoke-free effect is guaranteed.
The deformation-free precision of the G4020V cutting table is guaranteed for 20 years thanks to the advanced manufacturing process. The 600C° heat treated frame undergoes a 4-step stress relieving process. It is equipped with a reliable and stable hydraulic system, which, due to its excellent synchronisation, performs pallet changes accurately, precisely and in a short time.
The main components of the machine come from market-leading and top-quality German and Japanese suppliers. The IPG laser source is the heart of the machine, with a lifetime of up to 100 000 working hours. The laser head is made by German Precitec Procutter. The rack-and-pinion drive is manufactured by German WITTENSTEIN, which has a self-lubricating, enclosed mechanism and is equipped with PANASONIC servo motors to ensure unobstructed running and withstand accelerations up to several Gs. All Rexroth/Omron components guarantee long-term stable operation.
The laser cutter is controlled by the HSG-X8000 cutting software, which has a user-friendly interface for industrial use. It has everything you would expect from 2D laser cutting software: Import, decompose and edit well-known CAD and other vector file formats. Smart features (cut-off, micro perforation, kerf offset...etc.) and nesting function with different algorithms, resulting in more optimal sheet utilization with less waste and increased productivity.
