The R3 is HSG's best value compact tube laser. Despite its entry level, it features high technical standards: servo motor drive (Panasonic) up to 90m/min, IPG laser sources from 1kW to 4kW, automatic chuck clamping, integrated 3D cutting software and easy operation. The R3 is ideal for businesses that do not require an automatic servo unit but value affordability and industrial quality.
There is no negative resonance effect when cutting high-speed and small objects. Robust and precise quality is guaranteed by the main parts and components incorporated: CNC parts from YYC, Hiwin and Shimpo, Schneider electronic components, SMC, Rexroth gas circuit components. Laser head Precitec, laser source IPG. In addition to the display, most of the machine's functions can be controlled by the remote control supplied, giving the operator greater freedom.
The laser cutter is controlled by HSG's proprietary cutting software. The technological parameters have been simplified so that users can easily become masters after a simple training. The software can import 3D drawings. Clever functions (paragraph cutting, micro perforation, kerf offset...etc.) help to ensure economical and productive production. The multi-touch display provides the operator with easy handling.
