The TX65 is a 5th generation high-speed intelligent pipe cutting machine that uses HSG's unique Speed + Cut technology, which is 10% more efficient than RapidCut and 30% faster than normal cutting. Special features include a 5-axis head that can tilt 45 degrees, so bevel cutting is possible, and a drilling and thermal drilling function. The clever system easily identifies and stores different types of pipes. It has a professional pressure feedback system that automatically adjusts the pressure according to different pipe diameters and thicknesses, making production efficient and safe. The automatic loading system of the TX65 is controlled by a numerical control system, so it is seamlessly connected to the pipe cutting machine.

The TX65 with digital chucks does not require manual adjustment. The intelligent system easily identifies and stores the data of the different tubes. There is no negative resonance effect when cutting high-speed and small objects. Robust and precise quality is guaranteed by the integrated main parts and components. Geared direct drive with German Wittenstein, Japanese Sanyo Denki / Panasonic servo motors. The 3D laser head (5-axis) tilts through 165° and features collision protection, auto focus and capacitive distance sensor-tracking.
The all-new HSGX9500 control system developed by HSG, designed specifically for cutting tubes, has been given an even more user-friendly operation. It has its own pipe material library and integrates 50 different pipe fitting processes. It has various pipe cutting auxiliary functions, such as smoothing of pipe graphics, paragraph cutting, micro perforation, cut gap offset, etc.
